How to access and contribute to your organization's song library

Your organization's shared library is where your team's songs live together.
Accessing the Shared Library#
- Go to Library
- Switch to Organization Library (dropdown or tab)
- See all songs shared within your organization
Personal vs. Shared Library#

Adding to Shared Library#
Songs You Create#
- Generate a song
- Save it to your library
- Click Share to Organization
- Goes through approval (if enabled)
- Appears in shared library
Moving from Personal#
- Open a song in your personal library
- Click More → Share to Organization
- The song is copied to the shared library
Finding Songs#
Browse#
Scroll through the shared library organized by:
- Date added
- Title
- Creator
- Style/mood
Search#
Use the search bar to find songs by:
- Title
- Lyrics
- Creator
- Tags
Filter#
Narrow down by:
- Style
- Key
- Duration
- Creator
Using Shared Songs#
All members can:
- ✅ Listen to shared songs
- ✅ Download (if permissions allow)
- ✅ Add to personal playlists
- ✅ Use in service plans
Depending on role:
- Worship Leaders can edit and manage
- Members can view and use
Best Practices#
- Name songs clearly — Use consistent naming
- Add metadata — Include key, tempo, style
- Use tags — Help everyone find songs
- Keep it organized — Archive old songs
