Managing Organization Settings

How to configure your organization's settings

Customize how your organization works with these settings.

Accessing Settings#

  1. Go to SettingsOrganizations
  2. Select your organization
  3. Click Settings tab

Only Admins can access organization settings.

General Settings#

Organization Name#

Change your organization's display name.

Description#

A brief description of your group or team.

Logo/Image#

Upload your logo to brand your organization space.

Timezone#

Set the timezone for scheduling and notifications.

Member Settings#

Open vs. Invite Only#

  • Invite Only — Members need an invitation (recommended)
  • Open Join — Anyone with link can request to join

Default Role#

What role new members get automatically.

Member Limits#

View and manage how many members you can have.

Content Settings#

Approval Required#

Toggle whether content needs approval before publishing.

Who Can Create#

Which roles can create new content.

Default Privacy#

Whether new org content is:

  • Private to organization
  • Unlisted
  • Public

Content Guidelines#

Add guidelines for creators to follow.

Notification Settings#

Organization Announcements#

How admins communicate with members.

Approval Notifications#

Who gets notified for approvals.

Activity Digests#

Weekly summary emails for members.

Danger Zone#

Transfer Ownership#

Give admin rights to someone else.

Delete Organization#

Permanently remove the organization.

  • ⚠️ This cannot be undone
  • All shared content may be affected
  • Members lose access to shared library

Saving Changes#

After making changes:

  1. Review your selections
  2. Click Save Settings
  3. Changes take effect immediately
