Creating an Organization

Organizations let your worship team, ministry, group, or church collaborate on DailyWorship.

What Is an Organization?#

An organization is a shared workspace where:

• Multiple users work together
• Songs are shared in a team library
• Roles control who can do what
• Approvals manage publishing

Who Should Create an Organization?#

• Groups wanting a shared song library
• Worship teams collaborating together
• Ministries with multiple worship leaders
• Large congregations with multiple campuses

How to Create an Organization#

1. Log in to your DailyWorship account
2. Go to Settings → Organizations
3. Click Create Organization
4. Fill in the details:

• Organization Name — Your group or team name
• Description — Brief description (optional)
• Type — Church, ministry, worship team, etc.

1. Click Create

You are now the organization's Admin.

After Creating#

Invite Your Team#

Add team members by email.

Set Up Roles#

Assign roles like Worship Leader, Member, or Approver.

Configure Settings#

Set up approval workflows and permissions.

Add Songs#

Start adding songs to your shared library.

Organization vs. Personal Account#

You still have your personal library even after joining an organization.

Can I Have Multiple Organizations?#

Yes! You can:

• Create multiple organizations (if needed)
• Be a member of multiple organizations
• Switch between them easily
