Organizations can upgrade to premium:

• All members get premium features
• Shared storage increases
• Priority support for admins
• Additional organization features

Who Pays?#

The organization admin manages billing:

• One payment covers the whole organization
• Individual members don't pay separately
• Billed based on organization tier

Setting Up Billing#

As an organization admin:

1. Go to Organization Settings → Billing
2. Choose your plan
3. Enter payment details
4. Plan activates for all members

Managing Organization Billing#

View Bills#

• See all organization charges
• Download invoices
• View member count

Update Payment#

• Change the card on file
• Update billing contact

Change Plans#

• Upgrade or downgrade
• Adjust member limits

Adding Members#

When you add members:

• They immediately get premium features
• Your next bill may prorate for new members
• Some plans have member limits

Invoices#

Organization invoices include:

• Plan type and amount
• Member count
• Tax information
• Can be used for church accounting

Churches and nonprofits may qualify for discounts:
