Unsubscribing from Emails

Stop product emails, control which notifications reach your inbox

Last updated: May 26, 2026

DailyWorship sends a small number of email types. You can opt out of any of them while keeping the others on.

Email types#

TypeWhat it isCan you opt out?
Generation completeNotification when a track you started finishes renderingYes
Service plan remindersReminder ahead of a scheduled service plan dateYes
Weekly digestOptional summary of new community songs and platform updatesYes
Product announcementsMajor feature launchesYes
Billing receiptsPayment confirmations and invoicesNo — required for legal record
Security alertsSign-in from a new device, password changes, two-factor changesNo — required for account safety
Critical service noticesOutage updates, urgent policy changesNo — required for service operation

How to unsubscribe#

You have two ways to opt out:

Option 1 — From any email

Every product email (everything except billing and security) has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it opens a preferences page where you can opt out of the specific email type, or all optional emails at once.

Option 2 — From your account settings

  1. Sign in to DailyWorship.
  2. Go to Settings → Notifications → Email.
  3. Toggle each email type on or off individually.
  4. Click Save.

Changes take effect immediately.

"Unsubscribe from all" — what stays#

Choosing "unsubscribe from all" turns off every optional email type but keeps the three required categories (billing receipts, security alerts, critical service notices). If you want to stop those too, you need to delete your account — see Deleting Your Account.

I'm still getting emails after unsubscribing#

A few common causes:

  • Your unsubscribe was for one category; another category is still active. Check Settings → Notifications → Email to see what's on.
  • The email is a required type (billing or security).
  • The email is going to a different address than the one you unsubscribed from. Check Settings → Account for the active email address.
  • The email is from a forwarded message or a list reposting. Check the original sender.

If none of those explain it, contact support with a copy of the email's full headers.

Re-subscribing#

If you change your mind, return to Settings → Notifications → Email and toggle the types back on. Your historical preferences aren't kept between unsubscribes — re-subscribing starts fresh.
