Generation Not Working

Having trouble generating songs? Here's how to fix common issues.

Generation Stuck#

Check the Queue#

1. Look at your queue position
2. During busy times, there may be a wait
3. You'll be notified when complete

Timeout#

If stuck for more than 30 minutes:

1. Refresh the page
2. Check your generation history
3. It may have completed or failed

Browser Tab Closed?#

You don't need to keep the tab open:

• Generations continue in background
• You'll get a notification when done
• Check your library or notifications

Generation Failed#

Read the Error Message#

The error message often tells you what went wrong:

• "Content not allowed" → Adjust your prompt
• "Timed out" → Try shorter duration
• "Server error" → Wait and retry

Common Causes#

Content Policy

Your prompt may have triggered content filters:

• Remove references to copyrighted songs/artists
• Ensure lyrics are appropriate
• Content guidelines

Complex Settings

Too many specific requirements can cause issues:

• Simplify your settings
• Try defaults and adjust later

"Generation Limit Reached"#

You've hit your daily quota:

1. Wait for the reset (midnight UTC)
2. Upgrade for higher limits
3. Understand limits

Results Don't Match Expectations#

Be More Specific#

Vague prompts give unpredictable results:

• Specify worship style
• Choose a clear mood
• Set key and tempo

Try Variations#

Each generation creates multiple variations:

• Listen to all of them
• One might be closer to what you want
• Regenerate if needed

Use Existing Settings#

Find a song you like:

• Check its settings

Slow Generation#

Expected Times#

Generation takes time:
