Fixing Download Problems

Having trouble downloading files? Here are solutions.

Download Doesn't Start#

Pop-up Blocker#

Downloads may be blocked by pop-up blockers:

Look for a blocked pop-up notification
Allow pop-ups from dailyworship.net
Try downloading again

Browser Permissions#

Check that downloads are allowed
Choose a download location if prompted
Check your browser's download settings

Right-Click Method#

If clicking download doesn't work:

Right-click the download button
Select "Save link as..."
Choose save location

Download Starts But Fails#

Connection Lost#

Large files need stable connections:

Stay connected during download
Try on WiFi instead of mobile data
Retry the download

Disk Space#

Make sure you have enough space:

Check available storage
Clear old files if needed

File Size Limits#

Some browsers limit download sizes:

Try a different browser
Download in smaller chunks (individual stems instead of all)

Can't Find Downloaded Files#

Check Download Folder#

Downloads typically go to your Downloads folder:

Windows: C:\Users\YourName\Downloads
Mac: ~/Downloads
Mobile: Check Downloads app or Files

Search for the File#

Search your computer for:

The song title
".mp3" or ".wav" or ".pdf"
"dailyworship"

Check Browser Downloads#

Press Ctrl+J (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+J (Mac)
See recent downloads
Click to locate file

File Won't Open#

Wrong Program#

Make sure the right program is opening the file:

MP3/WAV → Music player
PDF → PDF reader
ZIP → Archive utility
MusicXML → Notation software

Corrupted File#

If file is corrupted:

Delete the file
Download again
Ensure download completes fully

ZIP Files#

If you downloaded a ZIP:

Extract/unzip first
Then open individual files

Mobile Download Issues#

iPhone/iPad#

Downloads may go to:

Files app
Safari downloads
Music app

Android#

Check:

Downloads app
Files app
Music app
