Understanding the Generation Queue

During busy times, your song may enter a queue. Here's what to know.

How Generation Works#

1. You click Generate
2. Your request joins the queue
3. Our AI servers process requests in order
4. When your turn comes, the song is created
5. You're notified when it's ready

Queue Indicators#

When generating, you'll see:

• Position in queue — Your place in line (e.g., "Position 5")
• Estimated time — Approximate wait time
• Progress bar — Visual progress indicator

What Affects Queue Time?#

Server Load#

• More users = longer queues
• Evenings and weekends tend to be busier
• Holiday seasons may see higher traffic

Song Length#

• 30-second songs generate faster
• 5-minute songs take longer
• More variations = more processing

Queue Priority#

• Premium users get priority processing
• Free users join the standard queue
• Both get the same quality output

Tips for Faster Generation#

1. Generate shorter songs first — Test your settings with 30-second clips
2. Use specific settings — Vague prompts may take longer to process
3. Off-peak hours — Try mornings or weekdays for faster results
4. Upgrade to Premium — Get priority queue access

While You Wait#

You don't have to stay on the page:

• Browse your library
• Explore discover
• Work on service plans
• You'll get a notification when ready

Queue Position Jumping?#

Sometimes your position might change:

• Forward jump — Someone ahead canceled or their request finished
• Backward jump — Priority users joined the queue

What If It Takes Too Long?#

If your generation seems stuck:

1. Refresh the page and check status
2. Check for system announcements
3. Contact support if it's been over 30 minutes
