Planning Rehearsals with Service Plans

Use your service plan to run effective team rehearsals.

Before Rehearsal#

Send Materials Early#

1. Export chord charts and stems
2. Share with team by mid-week
3. Ask everyone to listen before rehearsal

Set Expectations#

In the plan notes, include:

• What to have learned
• Any new songs to focus on
• Schedule for rehearsal

The Rehearsal View#

Service plans have a Rehearsal Mode:

1. Open your service plan
2. Click Rehearsal Mode
3. See a streamlined view for running rehearsal

Running Through Songs#

In rehearsal mode:

• Songs show in setlist order
• Quick play/pause controls
• Key and tempo visible
• Notes for each song

Play-Along#

1. Click play on a song
2. Band plays along
3. Stop to work on sections
4. Move to next song

Slow It Down#

For learning sections:

• Slow tempo to 75%
• Work through tricky parts
• Bring back to full speed

Rehearsal Notes#

Add notes during rehearsal:

• "Drums softer on verse 2"
• "Add guitar swell on bridge"
• "Extend ending"

These save to the service plan.

Marking Run-Throughs#

Track your progress:

• ☐ Not yet rehearsed
• 🟡 Needs work
• ✅ Ready

After Rehearsal#

1. Update any notes in the plan
2. Send final key/tempo confirmations
3. Share any updated materials
4. Everyone's ready for Sunday
