Export Options#

PDF Service Plan#

A printable document with:

• Service date and details
• Complete setlist with order
• Keys and tempos for each song
• Transitions and notes
• Time allocations

Rehearsal Package#

A PDF with each song's key, tempo, lyrics and chords, in setlist order, so your team can prepare before rehearsal. Chords are detected automatically from the audio and listed in song order; check them by ear before Sunday.

How to Export#

1. Open your service plan
2. Click Export PDF for the service plan, or Rehearsal Package for lyrics and chords
3. The PDF downloads to your device

Coming Soon#

Per-song chord-chart PDFs, lead sheets, stems, click tracks and MIDI files aren't available yet. When they launch they'll be added to the export options here.

Sharing with Your Team#

Direct Share#

1. Click Share
2. All organization members can view
3. They can export what they need

Email Distribution#

1. Export the materials
2. Email to team members
3. Everyone has what they need

Cloud Sync#

1. Export to Dropbox/Google Drive
2. Share the folder
3. Team accesses latest versions

Customizing Exports#

Key Overrides#

If you changed keys in the plan, exports use those keys.

Include/Exclude Songs#

Uncheck songs you don't want in the export.

Format Options#

• PDF page size (Letter, A4)
• Chord chart style (standard, Nashville)
• Audio format (MP3, WAV)

Print-Ready Formatting#

PDFs are formatted for printing:

• Clean, readable fonts
• Proper margins
• Page breaks between songs
• Header with service info
