Creating Service Plans

Service plans help you organize your worship services with setlists, notes, and all the details your team needs.

What Is a Service Plan?#

A service plan is your roadmap for a worship service:

• Song order (setlist)
• Keys and tempos for each song
• Transitions and notes
• Team assignments
• Exported materials

Creating a New Plan#

1. Go to Service Planner from the main menu
2. Click New Service Plan or the + button
3. Fill in the details:

• Title — e.g., "Sunday Morning - January 26"
• Date — When the service happens
• Service Type — Morning, evening, special event
• Notes — Any overall notes for the team

1. Click Create

Adding Songs#

Once your plan is created:

1. Click Add Song
2. Browse your library or search
3. Click songs to add them
4. Drag to reorder
5. Songs appear in your setlist

Setlist Features#

Reordering#

Drag and drop songs to change the order.

Key and Tempo#

Click on a song to:

• Change the key for this service
• Adjust the tempo
• Add song-specific notes

Duration#

See total setlist duration to fit your time slot.

Service Details#

Service Type Presets#

Create templates for different services:

• Sunday Morning (60 minutes worship)
• Evening Service (30 minutes)
• Youth Group (45 minutes)
• Special Events

Team Assignment#

Note who's leading/playing:

• Worship Leader
• Vocalists
• Band members
• Tech team

Time Blocks#

Allocate time:

• Opening worship: 15 min
• Message: 30 min
• Response: 10 min

Saving and Editing#

Plans auto-save as you edit. You can also:

• Duplicate — Copy a plan as a template
• Delete — Remove plans you don't need
• Archive — Move past services out of the way

Sharing with Your Team#

Share the plan with your organization:

1. Click Share
2. All team members can view
3. Leaders can edit if permitted
4. Export materials for distribution
