Adding Songs to Service Plans

Build your perfect setlist by adding songs from your library.

Adding from Library#

1. Open your service plan
2. Click Add Song or +
3. Your library opens
4. Find and click songs to add them
5. They appear at the bottom of your setlist

Quick Add#

From your library view:

1. Find a song you want
2. Click More (⋯) → Add to Service Plan
3. Choose which plan
4. Song is added

Adding Multiple Songs#

1. Click Add Songs (plural)
2. Check multiple songs in your library
3. Click Add Selected
4. All checked songs are added

From Favorites or Playlists#

Quick access to frequent songs:

1. In the Add Song view
2. Filter by Favorites or select a Playlist
3. Add songs quickly

Reordering Your Setlist#

Drag and drop songs to change the order:

1. Grab the drag handle (⋮⋮) on a song
2. Drag up or down
3. Release to place

Removing Songs#

To remove a song from the plan:

1. Click the song
2. Click Remove or the trash icon
3. Song is removed (not deleted from library)

Song Duplicates#

Need the same song twice (like opener and closer)?

1. Add the song again
2. It appears as a separate item
3. Set different keys if needed

Checking Availability#

Some views show:

• Songs already in other plans this week
• Recently used songs
• Song usage history
