Sharing Playlists

Share your curated collections with your worship team, congregation, or the world.

Current Sharing Options#

Private#

• Only you can access the playlist
• This is the default for new playlists
• Use this for drafts, personal study, and unfinished service sets

Public#

• Public playlists are marked with the Make this playlist public setting
• Public playlists can be used for finished sets you want others to discover
• Keep a playlist private if it contains unfinished tracks, internal notes, or music that is not ready to share

How to Update Playlist Visibility#

1. Open Playlists
2. Choose the playlist you want to update
3. Click Edit playlist
4. Turn Make this playlist public on or off
5. Save your changes

Team Use#

DailyWorship currently supports team work through organization libraries, service plans, member invitations, and approval workflows. For collaborative planning, create or join an organization, add tracks to the organization library, and build a service plan for the worship set.

Playlist editing remains owner-managed: other users cannot add or remove tracks from your personal playlist.
