Searching Your Library

With a growing library, search becomes essential. Here's how to find exactly what you need.

Basic Search#

1. Go to Library
2. Click the Search bar at the top
3. Type your search term
4. Results appear as you type

What's Searchable#

The search looks at:

• Song titles — Match any word in the title
• Lyrics — Find songs with specific lyrics
• Creator — Find songs by a specific person
• Tags — Match your custom tags
• Description — Any notes you've added

Search Tips#

Use Quotes for Exact Phrases#

"amazing grace" finds that exact phrase

Search by Lyric#

Type a line from the song you're thinking of

Combine Terms#

Christmas peaceful finds songs matching both

Filtering Search Results#

After searching, filter results by:

• Type (generated/saved)
• Style
• Key
• Duration

Quick Filters#

Use these shortcuts:

• is:favorite — Only favorites
• is:mine — Only your creations
• key:G — Songs in G major
• style:gospel — Gospel style songs

Can't Find It?#

If a song isn't showing up:

1. Check your spelling
2. Try different search terms
3. Check if it's in a specific playlist
4. Look in your listening history
5. Make sure it wasn't deleted
