Privacy Options#

Every song has a privacy setting:

Private (Default)#

• Only you can see it
• Perfect for drafts and personal worship
• Safest option while creating

Unlisted#

• Anyone with the link can access
• Doesn't appear in public search
• Great for sharing with specific people

Organization Only#

• Only your church/team members see it
• Doesn't appear publicly
• Perfect for team use

Public#

• Appears in the Discover feed
• Anyone can find and listen
• Contributes to the community

How to Share a Song#

1. Open the song in your library
2. Click Share button
3. Choose your privacy level
4. Copy the link or share directly

Sharing Methods#

Copy Link#

1. Click Copy Link
2. Paste in email, text, or social media
3. Recipients click to listen

Share to Social#

Click platform icons to share directly to:

• Facebook
• Twitter/X
• WhatsApp
• Other platforms

Embed Player#

For websites:

1. Click Embed
2. Copy the embed code
3. Paste into your website
4. A player appears on your site

QR Code#

Generate a QR code for:

• Printed bulletins
• Screen displays
• Easy mobile access

Sharing with Your Organization#

If you're in an organization:

1. Share to the organization library
2. Team members can access immediately
3. May require approval depending on settings

Who Can Download?#

You control download permissions:

• Allow downloads — Anyone who can see can download
• Stream only — They can listen but not download

Before Making Public#
