How to share your worship songs with others
Created something beautiful? Share it with the world or specific people.
Privacy Options#
Every song has a privacy setting:
Private (Default)#
- Only you can see it
- Perfect for drafts and personal worship
- Safest option while creating
Unlisted#
- Anyone with the link can access
- Doesn't appear in public search
- Great for sharing with specific people
Organization Only#
- Only your church/team members see it
- Doesn't appear publicly
- Perfect for team use
Public#
- Appears in the Discover feed
- Anyone can find and listen
- Contributes to the community
How to Share a Song#
- Open the song in your library
- Click Share button
- Choose your privacy level
- Copy the link or share directly
Sharing Methods#
Copy Link#
- Click Copy Link
- Paste in email, text, or social media
- Recipients click to listen
Share to Social#
Click platform icons to share directly to:
- Twitter/X
- Other platforms
Embed Player#
For websites:
- Click Embed
- Copy the embed code
- Paste into your website
- A player appears on your site
QR Code#
Generate a QR code for:
- Printed bulletins
- Screen displays
- Easy mobile access
Gift a Song#
Want to thank a pastor, a friend, or a worship team? Send a song as a gift:
- Open one of your finished songs
- Click Gift (next to Share)
- Enter who it is for, add an optional short message, and confirm from
- Copy the link, or send it by WhatsApp, email, or your phone's share sheet
The person who opens the link sees a page made just for them, with the song, the lyrics, and your message. They don't need an account.
- A gift link doesn't make your song public. Your song stays private.
- Anyone with the link can listen, so share it only with people you trust.
- To stop sharing, open the Gift window and click Stop sharing next to the gift. The page and the audio stop working right away, because gift audio is never cached. (A link preview image that was already created can take up to a minute to update.)
- If the song was just created, the gift page may say it is being prepared. Wait a minute and press Try again.
- Messages can't contain web links, and they follow our community guidelines.
Share a Clip#
Send a 30-second taste of a song straight to a chat or social app:
- Publish the song first (turn on Public sharing in the Share window)
- Open Share and tap Share clip
- Choose where to send it. The clip goes along with your song link
Share clip appears on phones and browsers that can share audio files. If you don't see it, use Copy Link instead.
Make a Video#
Turn a song into a 30-second lyric video you can post anywhere:
- Publish the song first (turn on Public sharing in the Share window)
- Open Share and tap Make a video, then Start recording
- Keep the screen open for about 30 seconds while the video is made on your device
- When it's ready, tap Share or Download
The video shows your cover art and the lyrics, timed to the music when timing is available. If your browser can't record video, the button won't appear.
Sharing with Your Organization#
If you're in an organization:
- Share to the organization library
- Team members can access immediately
- May require approval depending on settings
Who Can Download?#
You control download permissions:
- Allow downloads — Anyone who can see can download
- Stream only — They can listen but not download
Sharing Considerations#
Before Making Public#
- ✅ Listen through for quality
- ✅ Check lyrics are appropriate
- ✅ Ensure it represents your best work
- ✅ Add good metadata (title, tags)
Content Rights#
Songs you generate are yours to share. Just make sure lyrics don't infringe on others' copyrights.
