Organizing Your Library

As your library grows, organization becomes important. Here are tips to keep things tidy.

Sorting Options#

Click the Sort menu to arrange songs by:

• Date Added — Most recent first
• Title — Alphabetical A-Z
• Creator — By who made it
• Duration — Shortest or longest first
• Most Played — Your most-listened songs

Filtering#

Use filters to narrow down what you see:

By Type#

• My Creations — Songs you generated
• Saved — Songs from other creators

By Style#

• Contemporary, Traditional, Gospel, etc.

By Mood#

• Joyful, Peaceful, Reflective, etc.

By Key#

• Find songs in specific keys for service planning

By Duration#

• Short (under 2 min), Medium, Full length

Using Tags#

Add custom tags to your songs:

1. Open a song's detail page
2. Click Add Tag
3. Type your tag (e.g., "Easter 2026" or "Small Group")
4. Press Enter

Now you can filter by your custom tags!

Suggested Tags#

• Seasonal: Christmas, Easter, Advent
• Events: Wedding, Funeral, Baptism
• Groups: Youth, Women's, Men's
• Keys: Songs in G, Songs in D
• Learned: Ready to lead, Needs practice

Using Playlists#

Playlists are your best organization tool:

• Create playlists for each service type
• Make seasonal playlists
• Build "Learning Queue" for new songs
• Archive old songs in "Past Favorites"

Archiving Old Songs#

For songs you're not currently using:

1. Create an "Archive" playlist
2. Move older songs there
3. They're saved but out of the way

Search Tips#

The search bar searches:

• Song titles
• Lyrics
• Creator names
• Your tags

Type any term to find matching songs quickly.

Bulk Actions#

Select multiple songs for:

• Adding to playlist
• Removing from library
• Downloading
• Adding tags

Click the checkbox icon to enter selection mode.
