Downloading Tracks and Offline Access
Save tracks for offline listening, and the limits of the current offline mode
You can download the audio for any track in your library to your device. Once downloaded, a track plays without needing an internet connection — useful for low-signal venues, rehearsals in basements, or travel.
Download a single track#
- Open the track from your library.
- Click Download on the track detail page.
- The audio downloads as an MP3 file to your device's default downloads folder.
The downloaded file is a complete, standalone audio file. You can play it in any music player, copy it to a USB stick, email it, or load it into your service software.
Downloading stems#
If you need the individual instrument and vocal tracks (drums, bass, vocals, etc.), see Downloading Stems. Stem downloads are separate from the full-mix download.
Mobile downloads#
On a mobile browser:
- iOS Safari: The Download button saves the file to the Files app under the Downloads folder. You can play it there or move it into Apple Music.
- Android Chrome: The file lands in your Downloads folder and is visible in any audio player or file manager.
Offline mode in the web app#
DailyWorship is a Progressive Web App. The shell of the application — pages, layouts, fonts, icons — caches automatically on first load, so the UI continues to open even when your connection drops.
The current offline mode is limited:
- What works offline: The app shell opens, your most recently viewed library page is cached, audio files you've already downloaded play.
- What doesn't work offline: Generating new tracks, streaming tracks you haven't downloaded, syncing changes, browsing the discovery feed.

Download what you need before a service#
For a Sunday morning where the venue WiFi is unreliable, the simplest pattern is:
- The night before, open every track in your service plan.
- Click Download on each.
- The next morning, your phone or laptop can play every track without needing a connection.
The downloaded files persist on your device until you delete them.
Storage#
A typical 4-minute MP3 is 4–8 MB. Even a hundred tracks fit comfortably on a modern phone. There's no enforced limit on how many tracks you can download.
