Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Here's how it works.

How to Cancel#

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Tell us why (optional, helps us improve)
4. Confirm cancellation
5. You'll receive a confirmation email

What Happens After Canceling#

Access Until Period Ends#

You keep premium features until your current billing period ends.

Example: If you paid on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you have premium until January 31st.

After Subscription Ends#

• Your account reverts to free tier
• Premium features become unavailable
• Your songs and library remain intact
• Download what you need before expiration

What You Keep#

• ✅ Your account
• ✅ All saved songs
• ✅ Your playlists
• ✅ Listening history
• ✅ Previously downloaded files

What Changes#

• ❌ No more priority queue
• ❌ Lower generation limits
• ❌ No WAV downloads
• ❌ Limited stems and sheet music

Before You Cancel#

Consider:

Pause Instead?#

Some plans allow pausing instead of canceling. Check if available.

Downgrade?#

Switch to a lower tier instead of canceling completely.

Resubscribing#

If you change your mind:

1. Go to Billing → Resubscribe
2. Choose your plan
3. You're back on premium
