Managing Privacy Settings

Your privacy matters. Control who sees your profile, songs, and activity.

Your Privacy Options#

Profile Visibility#

Choose who can see your profile page:

• Public — Anyone can view your profile
• Private — Only your display name shows on shared content

To change this:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy
2. Select your Profile Visibility
3. Click Save

Default Song Privacy#

When you create a new song, it can default to:

• Private — Only you can see it (recommended)
• Unlisted — Anyone with the link can see it
• Public — Appears in discovery feeds

Note: All songs start as private. You choose when to share.

Activity Visibility#

Control whether others can see:

• Your listening activity
• Songs you've liked
• Playlists you've created

Options:

• Show activity — Others see what you're listening to
• Hide activity — Your activity stays private

Organization Privacy#

If you belong to a church organization:

• Org-only songs can only be seen by organization members
• Your personal library remains separate and private

What Data Do We Collect?#

We only collect data needed to provide the service:

• Account information (email, display name)
• Generated songs and preferences
• Usage data to improve the platform

Downloading Your Data#

You can download a copy of all your data:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy
2. Click Download My Data
3. We'll prepare your data and email you a download link
