Downloading Your Data

Export an archive of your DailyWorship account data

Last updated: May 26, 2026

You can export an archive of everything DailyWorship holds about your account. The export is delivered as a downloadable file you can keep, migrate, or use to verify your data before deleting your account.

What's in the export#

The archive includes:

  • Profile data — name, email, account creation date, OAuth providers linked, subscription tier history
  • Generated tracks — metadata for every track you've generated (title, prompt, settings, lyrics, created date) plus a manifest of audio file links
  • Library state — your favourites, ratings, playlists, and tags
  • Service plans — every service plan you've created, with track ordering and notes
  • Worship Memory feedback — your Hit/Solid/Flat reactions and notes on past services
  • Concierge conversations — your chat history with the AI assistant
  • Activity log — sign-in history and generation timestamps

Audio files themselves are linked from the manifest rather than bundled (they can be large). The manifest gives you signed download URLs that stay valid for 7 days, so you can fetch the audio at your own pace.

How to request an export#

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy.
  2. Click Request data export.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

The export is generated server-side and emailed to you when ready. Most exports complete within a few minutes for typical accounts; very large libraries can take longer.

What the file looks like#

You'll receive a ZIP archive containing JSON files (one per data category) and a top-level README explaining the structure. Everything is in standard, portable formats so you can open it with any text editor or load it into another system.

Frequency#

You can request an export as often as you like. There's no rate limit on personal data exports — this is a right, not a feature we ration.

Privacy and security#

The download link is sent to the email address on your account. If you don't have access to that email any more, update your email address first (Settings → Account), then request the export.

The link expires after 7 days. After it expires, the underlying archive is purged from our servers. You can request a fresh export at any time.

For organizations#

If you administer an organization workspace, the organization data export is a separate request from Settings → Organization → Privacy. Personal exports cover your individual account; org exports cover the workspace's shared resources.
