What to Report#

Report content that:

• Contains profanity or inappropriate language
• Promotes non-Christian beliefs
• Includes hate speech or discrimination
• Violates copyright
• Is spam or misleading
• Contains inappropriate imagery
• Harasses other users

How to Report a Song#

1. Open the song
2. Click the More menu (⋯)
3. Select Report
4. Choose a reason:

• Inappropriate content
• Copyright violation
• Hate speech
• Spam
• Other

1. Add details (optional)
2. Click Submit Report

How to Report a Comment#

1. Find the comment
2. Click the More menu (⋯)
3. Select Report Comment
4. Choose a reason
5. Submit

How to Report a User#

If a user repeatedly violates guidelines:

1. Go to their profile
2. Click More → Report User
3. Select reason and submit

What Happens Next#

Review Process#

1. Our moderation team receives your report
2. They review the content
3. They take appropriate action

Possible Actions#

• Content removed
• User warned
• User suspended
• No action (if not a violation)

You'll Be Notified#

In some cases, you'll hear back about the outcome.

False Reports#

Please only report genuine violations:

• Don't report just because you dislike something
• Don't report theological disagreements (use filters instead)
• Abuse of the report system may result in action against your account

Urgent Issues#

For serious issues (illegal content, threats, etc.):

• Report through the app AND
• Contact support directly
